Post Answer is made by Allistar Media. This page says what Post Answer keeps about you, why, who else touches it, and how to have it removed. We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.
What we keep
- Your email address, to sign you in and to write to you about your account.
- What you tell Post Answer about your business: what you do, who you sell to, your topics, your tone, and the sample of how you talk if you add one. Post Answer uses it to build your Radar and your script prompt.
- What you upload to post: videos, photos, captions and schedules.
- Your connected accounts. You connect Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X or Facebook through each platform's own sign-in. Post Answer never sees your passwords. The access that lets Post Answer post for you is held by our posting provider, and you can disconnect it at any time.
- Auto DM data. If you use Auto DM, Post Answer reads the comments on the posts you pick, sends the message you wrote to people who comment your word, and saves the replies. Leads (a person's name or handle and the email they send you) are saved for you. They are yours, and you can export or delete them.
- Billing. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe and never touches Post Answer. We keep your plan, its status and the dates.
- How you use Post Answer, such as which topics you pick and which runs you start, to run the service, enforce plan limits and improve it.
Who helps us run it
These companies handle data for us, only to provide Post Answer:
- Supabase (database, file storage and sign-in)
- Vercel (hosting)
- Upload-Post (connecting your accounts and publishing your posts)
- Anthropic, through Vercel's AI Gateway (the AI that ranks topics and writes research notes and prompts; what you type about your business is sent to it)
- Apify (collecting public posts from Reddit, X and news sites for your Radar)
- Resend (the sign-in email)
- Stripe (payments)
We share your information with no one else, unless the law requires it.
Cookies
Post Answer uses one kind of cookie: the one that keeps you signed in. It uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account while you have one. If you ask us to delete it, we delete your workspace, your uploads, your leads and your sign-in within 30 days. Payment records may stay with Stripe and in our books as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you by writing to info@allistarmedia.io. You can disconnect any account inside Post Answer, and cancel a plan in Settings.
The people who comment on your posts
When Auto DM answers a comment, it handles that person's public handle, their comment and their reply. You are the one who decides to use it and what it says, and we handle that information only to do what you set up.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
