These are the terms for using Post Answer, a product of Allistar Media ("we", "us"). By signing in you agree to them.

What Post Answer does

Post Answer finds topics your customers are asking about, helps you build a script prompt, posts what you make to the accounts you connect, and, if you turn it on, sends direct messages to people who comment a word you chose. Post Answer posts and sends messages only after you confirm them or set the Auto DM up.

Your account

You need a working email address. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your email inbox secure, because that is how you sign in. Tell us if you think someone else has access.

Your content and your accounts

Everything you upload, write or collect in Post Answer stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and send it to the platforms you pick, only to run Post Answer for you. You promise that you have the right to post what you upload, and that you will follow the rules of each platform you connect (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook). Post Answer is not responsible for what a platform does with your account, including limits on how many messages or posts an account may send.

What you must not do

• Use Post Answer to spam, mislead, harass, or message people who have not interacted with you.
• Post anything illegal, or anything you do not have the right to post.
• Try to break, overload or get around the limits of Post Answer, or use it to build a competing product.

We may pause or close an account that does, and we will tell you why.

AI and research

Topics, summaries, research and prompts are produced with the help of AI and public information. They can be wrong. Check facts before you publish them. Post Answer's prompt tells the AI not to invent statistics or client stories, but you decide what goes out under your name.

Free trial, plans and billing

New accounts get a free trial or free period, as described when you sign up. It is a fixed amount of use or time, and no card is needed. After that, new Radar runs, posts and Auto DMs need a paid plan, and everything you already made stays in your account.

Plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance through Stripe, and renew each month until you cancel. You can change or cancel a plan any time in Settings. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and you keep access until then. If a charge looks wrong, write to us and we will sort it out.

Availability

We work to keep Post Answer running, but it depends on other services, such as the social platforms, so we cannot promise it will always work or that a post or message will always be delivered. Post Answer is provided as it is.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost followers or indirect damages from using Post Answer, and our total responsibility to you for anything is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the problem.

Ending

You can stop using Post Answer at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can end or pause an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
